摘要
克拉玛依石化公司60万连续重整PSA装置的尾气螺杆压缩机,为保证机组喷液冷却正常进行,需要从机组入口频繁补入冷却介质(汽油),故造成机组喷液循环系统消耗大量汽油,使机组能耗较大。通过分析、试验等方法通过改变喷油介质,在满足机组正常运行的工况下,降低了机组能耗。
For the exhaust gas compressor for the Karamay Petrochemical Company 600000 continuous catalytic reforming PSA instal- lation, in order to ensure the normal cooling of liquid injection, it is reuired to frequently add cooling medium (gasoline) from the in- let of exhaust gas compressor. Therefore it will consume plenty of gasoline in the liquid injection circulating system and make energy consumption greater. In this paper, under the condition of meeting normal operating of unit, the methods of analysis and test axe used to change the oil injection medium, which can reduce energy consumption greatly.
