摘要
从往复压缩机填料密封的结构,密封原理出发,找出加氢裂化装置往复压缩机填料密封失效的可能原因,提出利用氮封改造来解决问题的方法,并说明安装过程及正确的日常维护所起到的重要作用。
In this paper, the possible reasons for the failure occurred in packing seal of reciprocating compressor for hydrocracking unit were found from the points of the structure and principle of packing seal. Then the solving method of applying nitrogen seal transformation was pointed out. Finally, the installation process and the impor-tant role of correct routine maintenance was stated.
