摘要 介绍了加氢裂化装置新氢压缩机加装无级气量调节系统后,多次发生压缩机3级缸卸荷杆填料磨损故障,通过解体分析,查明卸荷杆密封填料的多次磨损失效的直接原因,提出了改进和预防措施。 This paper mainly introduced the fault of packing abrasion occurred many times in the third stage cylinder unloading rod of compressor "after installing stepless capacity control system on hydroeracking unit. Aiming at this phenomenon, the analysis was carfled out and the direct reason for the failure and abrasion occurred many times in unloading rod packing seal was found out. Based on the analysis result, the improving and preventive measure was pointed out.
