江西建设生态文明省的战略思考

历届江西省委、省政府高度重视经济社会与生态环境的协调发展,坚持走可持续发展道路。生态产业的逐步壮大、生态环境的逐步改善、综合经济实力的稳步提升、生态理念的逐步建立,为开展生态文明省建设奠定了基础。而"发展升级、小康提速、绿色崛起、实干兴赣"是江西建设生态文明省的内在动力。当前,必须合理布局主体功能区划,优化国土空间开发格局;着力改善生态环境,构建生态安全支撑体系;转变经济发展方式,构建生态产业体系;全面繁荣生态文化,形成生态文明的良好氛围;建立健全制度机制,完善生态文明建设的保障体系,推动江西建成全国生态文明省,建设美丽江西。

All previous Jiangxi provincial Party committee and the provincial government attach great importance to the coordinated development of economic society and ecological environment, adhere to the road of sustainable development. Gradually expanded ecological industry, gradually improved ecological environment, the steady im- provement of comprehensive economic strength and gradually established ecological ideas have laid the foundation for the construction of an ecological civilization province. And ＂development and upgrade rise, work in ]iangxi＂ is the internal driving force of ecological civilization construction , well-off speed, ＇green of Jiangxi province. At present, we must layout reasonable optimization of main function zoning; optimize land space development pat- tern; improve the ecological environment to build an ecological safety support system; change the mode of eco- nomic development to build an ecological industry system; enrich ecological culture to form a good atmosphere of ecological civilization; establish and perfect the system mechanism to improve the security system of ecological civ- ilization construction, which will help build Jiangxi into an ecological civilization province.
