江西省县域经济差异与行政区划改革研究

Study on Economic Disparities of Counties and Reform of Administrative Division in Jiangxi Province

以江西省91个县域(市区)作为研究对象,选取了反映经济发展水平的14项指标,运用主成分分析法揭示了县域经济的差异,同时运用GeoDa和ArcGis9.3提供的空间自相关分析和可视化表达方法,揭示了县域经济发展差异的空间特征。分析结果表明:①江西省三大区域赣北、赣中、赣南的经济发展水平逐级降低,经济发展的极核效应和轴线效应明显;②县域经济发展水平受当地地形地貌条件影响较大,平原、盆地区的经济发展要好于山地、丘陵和滨湖区;③经济发展在地理空间上存在明显的正向相关;④根据经济发展的局部空间依赖性和异质性,可将经济发展划分为扩散型、极化型、过渡型和落后型四种类型。最后从经济发展差异与行政区划改革的关系角度出发,将行政区划改革作为协调区域经济发展的重点措施之一,针对不同区域经济发展类型,提出了行政区划改革方向。

Based on 14 economic indexes, the paper takes the 91 counties as samples to explore their economic disparities by using factor analysis. Meanwhile, the article uses the spatial autocorrelation analysis provided by the GeoDa and ARCGIS9.3 to reveal the spatial characteristics of economic differences. The results show that ： （ 1 ） The economy development level in the northern, middle and southern of Jiangxi province reduces step by step, and the polar nucleus and axis effect are tangible ; （2） The economy development level is in close connection with local field and landform, and the counties located in the plain and basin are better than those in hilly area; （3）A slight Geo-spatial agglomeration exists within the study, but the area of H-H is larger than the L-L area in size; （4） Based on the dependence and heterogeneity of local spatial analysis, the counties can be divided into 4 economic development patterns： diffuse pattern, po!arization pattern, transitional pattern and backward pattern. At last, from the angle of the relationship between the spatial differences of the economy development and the reform of ad- ministrative division, the author sees the reform of administrative division as one of the key measures to coordinate the regional economy development and puts forward the direction of the reform of administrative division according to the different economic development patterns.
