浅析赣州市农村宅基地问题及对策——以会昌县为例

Analysis on the Problems and Solutions of Rural Housing Land in Ganzhou

文章通过对江西省赣州市会昌县农村宅基地现状进行问卷调查和实地访问,探讨了赣州市会昌县农村宅基地利用现状及存在的主要问题,如一户多宅、宅基地闲置、非法流转等。针对存在的问题,从农民自身、基层政府管理、法律制度等层面进行了分析研究,并提出了解决问题的相应对策。

Based on the current land use in Ganzhou, in this passage, we conduct a questionnaire survey and field visits to explore the current use of rural housing land in Huichang county and the main problems, for instance, a family with more than one house, idle residential land, illegal transfer of the houses. This paper analyzes these problems from various aspects, such as the farmers, the administration of grassroots governments, the legal sys- tem, and then puts forward some countermeasures.
