摘要
基于组态王的中高频淬火系统以PC机为控制中心,采用RS232/485传输方式,将监测及控制信号送往PC和控制终端,最终完成加热、保温和冷却过程的自动调节,为淬火实验找出最佳工艺,大大提高了淬火过程的自动化程度和安全性能.
the paper introduce the hardware and software design of the Intermediate and High-frequency quench Experimental System based on KingView. The system used a PC as control center, the monitoring and control signals transmit between PC and control terminal based on 232/485 bus. The system realized automatic adjustment among the process of heating, heat preservation and cooling, through which we can find the best quench processing and raise the degree of automation of the quench process.
