摘要
建设生态文明是构建和谐社会的前提与基础,是当代社会的重要发展趋势。当前,河南省生态文明建设虽然面临着一定的困难和问题,但通过借鉴国内外生态环境保护的先进经验,河南省正向生态省建设快速推进,以省为单元实现区域可持续发展,以实现河南经济的又好又快增长。
It is the premise and foundation for the building harmonious society to construct ecological civilization. And it is an important developing trend of contemporary society. We can use the domestic and abroad advanced experience to protect our ecological civilization though we face some difficulties and problems. At present we are pushing quickly the ecological province construction so as to realize the regional sustainable development and fast economic growth in Henan Province.
