摘要 血小板源性生长因子(Platelet—derivedgrowthfactor,PDGF)及其受体与肿瘤的发生、新生血管的生成、控制肿瘤组织间隙压以及细胞调亡机制等密切相关,.新近研究发现,通过靶向抑制PDGF及其受体能够有效治疗胃癌,可用于抑制胃癌新血管生成、增强细胞毒性化疗药物的疗效以及靶向干预治疗淋巴结转移的胃癌。现对PDGF在胃癌分子靶向治疗方面的研究进展做一综述。 Platelet -derived growth factor and its receptor have been found to play an important role m cancer initiation, angiogenesis,apoptosis as well as inhibition of tumor stromal pressure. Recently, their inhihitors have specific effects on gastric cancer, which can inhibit angiogenesis, enhance therapeutic effect and reduce tumor growth and lymphatic metastasis in gastric cancer. In the present paper ,we made a review of its inhibitnrs in treatment of gastric cancer.
