微生物发光体在油品检测中的应用分析

摘要 随着我国石油工业的发展,对石油品质检测成为了一项重要工作。针对当前的检测方法多是基于化工方法,污染较大。本文提出一种基于微生物发光体的油品质量检测方法,通过检测发光细菌发光度的变化,分析被测油样中的相关物质的含量,通过相关数据的采集,设计了发光细菌的生长曲线以及发光细菌在不同油品质量的作用下,反射的光强度信息,为测定和判断油品的质量等级提供依据。实验表明,这种方法可以利用较少含量,低污染的情况下,完成石油品质的检测,准确度较高。 Along with our country the development of the petroleum industry, the oil qffality detection has become a important work. In view of the current detection method is based on the chemical method, large pollution. This paper presents a based on the microbial luminaries of the oil quality inspect!on method, through the detection luminescent bacteria luminosity change, analysis measured sample of the content of related material, through the relevant data collection, design the luminescent bacteria growth curve and luminescent bacteria in different oil quality, under the action of the reflection of the light intensity information for determination and judgment pro'duct quality level provide basis. Experiments show that this method can use less content, low pollution, complete the oil quality detection, high accuracy.
