摘要
介绍一种微型高精密注塑机核心部分的设计。该设计通过先进的数控系统,采用伺服电机、传感系统、遥感系统,数据存储,语音提示模块,实现机电一体化控制。以开合模机构和熔注胶机构设置在机架上的一种新型微型高精密注塑机,实施空心回流使溶体回流至特制罗杆的注塑腔内,减小注射活塞直径,并采用长度与截面之比较大的注射杆,增加了注射杆的行程,将注射量精准度提高到0.01mg,使产品精准优质。同时该设计去掉了传统的液压执行机构,克服传动的疲软性及精度公差的积累性,以最少的传动环节,使动力直接支持所有的执行机构。
This paper describes the design of the core part of the miniature high-precision injection molding machine. The design uses servo motor, sensor systems, remote sensing systems, data storage, voice prompt module and electromechanical integration control to realize the electromechanical integration throughelectromechanical integration the advanced CNC system. The miniature high-precision injection molding machine help the solution flow back into the injection molding cavity of the custom-made rod to implement the reflux inside the hollow situation to reduce the diameter of the injection piston and increase the length of the injection rod with the rod which is comparatively long in length and large in cross section. The design help improve the quality and precision of the product with the injection volume accuracy up to O.Olmg. Meanwhile the design removes the tradition structure hydraulic actuator and overcome the weakness of the transmission and the accumulation of the precision tolerances, which helps support all the actuators with power with least transmission process.
