摘要
随着工程造价的约束条件越来越复杂,传统的估计方法很难建立收敛的评估模型,难以获得准确的估价结果。本文在对影响建筑工程造价特征因素进行分析的基础上,提出一种基于多造价信息合理约束的工程造价优化模型,将模糊数学与多约束模型的最优解进行了有机的结合,构造了模糊约束造价信息估算模型,通过准确提取造价中的约束规则,最大程度的精简计算量,将BP神经网络加入寻优模型中,增强了模型的学习能力,有效地提高了估算精度。
Based on construction project cost characteristics influence factors on the basis of analysis, this paper puts forward a more reasonable cost information based on constraints of engineering cost optimization model, fuzzy mathematics and constraint model is the optimal solution for the organic combination of the structure and fuzzy constraint information cost estimation model, through the accurate extraction of cost constraint rule, the greatest degree of simplified calculation, the BP neural network to join optimization model, enhance model learning ability, effectively improve the estimation accuracy.
