摘要
提出了一种新的抗极寒建筑材料不均匀收缩测量方法,通过电容式大应变传感器将建筑材料收缩应变变换成圆柱面极简电容容量的变化进行测量,能够检测到0%~70%的建筑材料不均匀收缩应变位移,采用中间停止法获取建筑材料的平均收缩量,依据摆杆振动周期的变化量以及环境温度变化量获取建筑材料的线收缩系数。测试实验结果表明,该方法可以对极寒地区建筑材料不均匀收缩进行准确测量,具有较高的测量精度和较低的误差率。
This paper proposes a new extreme cold building materials uneven shrinkage measuring method, through large strain sensor capacitance type construction material shrinkage strain transformation into minimalist cylinder is to measure the change of capacitance, can detect 0~70% of the building materials uneven shrinkage strain displacement, intermediate stop method is used to obtain average shrinkage of building materials, according to change of swinging rod vibration period and the environment temperature variation for the linear contractive modulus of building materials. Testing experiments show that the method can building materials uneven contraction in extremely cold area are accurate measurement, high measurement accuracy and lower error rate.
