分析了一段炉高压蒸汽盘管在实际运行中存在的问题和改造的必要性,简要介绍了改造方案和实施情况。盘管改造后,在相同负荷下,高压蒸汽产量得到了大幅提高,每年可直接创造经济效益1 044万元人民币,技术改造获得成功。
Analyze problems and technical revamp necessity of NG primary reformer high steam coil in operation, and introduce briefly revamping plan. After technical revamp, high pressure steam production is increased greatly at the same load, and the direct economic benefits are 10.44 million RMB per year.
