摘要
搪玻璃反应釜底部放料管两侧的搪瓷发生脱落后,对事故现场进行检查、检测,并应用CAESARⅡ管道应力分析软件中的WRC107(局部应力分析软件)对放料管口的应力进行计算,综合分析反应釜搪瓷脱落的原因,并提出事故处理方案及预防措施。
Accident of enamel exfoliation was happened at both sides of bottom discharge pipe on the glass lining reactor. The accident site is checked and detected. Stress on the discharge pipe is calculated with WRC107 (partial stress analysis software) in CAESAR Ⅱ piping stress analysis software. Comprehensive analysis for reason of enamel exfoliation on the reactor. Solution and preventive measures are provided.
