摘要
采用醚二胺类阳离子捕收剂XL-1浮选攀枝花密地选钛厂钛铁矿,脱硫后,在捕收剂用量180g/t和浮选温度5~10℃时,经一粗四精一扫、中矿顺序返回的浮钛闭路流程,由TiO2品位20.38%的原矿得到TiO2品位47.43%、回收率69.30%的钛精矿产品,尾矿TiO2品位为8.98%。
Cationic ether-diamine collector XL-1 was introduced to the direct flotation process of ilmenite in MidiTitanium Concentration Plant of Panzhihua. A closed-circuit flowsheet comprising one roughing, four and one scavenging, with XL-1 dosage as 180 g/t at a temperature of 5 - 10 ℃ ,was adopted to treat of sulfur minerals, increased from 20. stages of cleaning pulp after removal with the middlings back to circuit in order, resulting in an ilmenite concentrate grading 47.43%TiO2 38%TiO2 in raw ore at a recovery of 69.30%, with tailings grade decreased to 8.98%TiO2.
