摘要
研究了钐钴磁性废料成分及其中有价元素的回收利用及污染特性。探讨了从钐钴磁性废料中回收钐、钴的工艺,所得产品氧化钐、氧化钴的纯度达到95%以上。测试了废料的浸出毒性及腐蚀性,结果均低于国家标准要求,经实验确定钐钴磁性废料不具备反应性、易燃性且不含有放射性物质。
The composition and pollution characteristics of SmCo magnetic waste and technology to recover valuable elements were studied. The investigation on methods to reclaim Sm and Co from the waste, resulted in the purity of both products, samarium oxide and cobalt oxide, above 95%. From test, both leaching toxicity and corrosion were lower than the corresponding national standard. It can be concluded that this SmCo magnetic waste is nonreactive and inflammable, without any radioactive materials.
