去除涂层抗渗压力与渗透结晶活性、自修复性能的对应关系

Corresponding Relationship between Permeability after Removal of Sample Coat and Permeable Crystallization Activity and Self-repairing Performance

通过系统试验,验证了水泥基渗透结晶防水涂料去除涂层的抗渗压力与渗透结晶活性、涂料对混凝土的自动修复性能之间的对应关系。试验结果证明,去除涂层抗渗压力不小于0.7 MPa是甄别水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的唯一特征性能指标,其大小同时反映水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的渗透结晶活性和对混凝土自动修复性能的优劣。

Corresponding relationship between permeability after removal of sample coat and permeable crystallization activity and serf-repairing performance of cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing coating was verified by system tests. The results showed that permeability after removal of sample coat（not less than 0.7 MPa） was the only feature performance index of cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing coating, which also reflected the permeable crystallization activity and self- repairing performance.
