橡胶止水带拉伸性能试验方法探讨 被引量:3

摘要 通过不同制样方法制得止水带拉伸试件,并对其力学性能测试结果进行了对比分析,指出橡胶止水带拉伸试件制备时应尽量减小打磨深度,建议样品厚度在4 mm时,采用直接细磨方式;样品厚度在8 mm时,采用粗磨加细磨方式;样品厚度大于10 mm时,采用切片后粗磨加细磨方式。 Through preparing waterstop testing pieces by different ways and having comparative analysis on the testing results of their mechanical property, the article points out when making a rubber waterstop testing piece, the grinding depth should be as less as possible. The paper suggests when the thickness of sample is 4 mm, it should have a fine grinding directly; for sample with thickness of 8 ram, rough grinding combined with fine grinding should be used; for sample with thickness of more than 10 mm, it should be sliced first, then have rough grinding and fine grinding.
