The paper analyzes the reasons for the difficuhies of joint processing in underground waterproof project adopted pile＋pile cap foundation and raft foundation＋anti-floating anchor. With the combination of cases of a residential community and a grand theater, it also introduces methods of joints treatment by using silicon acrylic-acid polymer cement waterproofing coating. Moreover, some related construction technologies are elaborated and quality problems of this kind of building waterproofing project are discussed in this article.
