摘要
后进生和优等生是班级中学生的两头,他们分别存在着不同的问题。在班主任工作过程中,留心和解决这些问题,将非常有利于学生的在校学习和未来成长。同样,大部分同学属于班级的"中间派",也存在着多种多样的个性特征,因此促进中间力量的增长对于班级的稳定也将起到至关重要的作用。
Backward students and top students with their own different problems are the two ends of the students in a class. The head teacher should pay attention to and deal with the problems, which is conductive to students' learning in school and growth in the future. Meanwhile, the majority of students also with various individuality rank in the middle of the class, so promoting these students plays an important role in steadying the whole class.
