中印关系前景可期:合作甚于冲突

Good Prospects for Sino-Indian Relations

尽管中印关系近年来正稳步向前发展,但唱衰中印关系的论调却此伏彼起。为此,本文从和平红利、增长红利和合作红利三个层面阐释了中印成为伙伴的缘由所在,并对学者们提出的中印"对手论"进行了批驳,认为中印关系未来将呈现出一种良性的竞争性共生伙伴关系。

Although Sino-Indian relations are developing steadily in recent years, there is still a pessimistic argument about the future of the bilateral relationship.The author contends that there are three kinds of interests which include the peace div- idend, the economic growth dividend, and the cooperation dividend.These factors are believed to help move China and In- dia toward a partnership.Meanwhile the author doubts credibility of the Sino-Indian conflict theory put forward by some scholars, arguing for the likelihood of emerging a rosy phase in the Sino-Indian relations.
