摘要
以白岗岩为主要原料、氧化锌为结晶剂,以二氧化锰、氧化铜或氧化铁为着色剂,成功制备出了硅锌矿结晶釉.以晶核定位的方法解决了晶花生长杂乱的弊端.研究了不同含量氧化锌、滑石和着色剂对釉面花色的影响,结果表明:当配方中白岗岩含量(质量分数)为58.5%、滑石20%左右、Zn0 18% ~22%、着色剂1.5%时,能制备出精美的结晶釉,同时发现保温时间也是影响结晶大小的重要因素.对釉层物相的XRD分析表明,所制备的样品是硅酸锌结晶釉.
silicate crystalline glaze is successfully prepared with alaskite as principal raw material and ZnO as nucleation agent and MnO2 or CuO or Fe203 as coloring agents. The disorder growth of crystal patterns is solved by crystal nucleus locating. Good recipe is studied according to the influence of different content of ZnO and talcum and coloring agents to the glaze surface and fancy crystalline glaze prepared. Time control is an im- portant factor on the size of the crystallization. The phase of the glaze layer is analyzed by XRD and proved that the sample is zinc silicate crystalline glaze.
