手机锂电池的安全性能管控

摘要 基于手机的市场现状及发展趋势,阐述了手机用锂电池的性能需求及安全隐患,重点强调了电池出厂前的安全管控需要从设计环节、制造环节、环境控制等诸多环节综合考虑,分析了出厂后的成品电池的常用检测项目及测试标准,建议采用成品电池配合手机及充电器共同测试的方式,并指出手机锂电池的安全管控重在思维方式的转变。 This paper discusses the performance re- quirements of lithium batteries for mobile phones and security risks of the batteries based upon the market situation and development trend of mobile phones, with focus on the need for the battery safet- ymanagement and control from aspects of design, manufacturing, environmental controlin factory. It analyzes commonly used test items and test stan- dards for the batteries, and suggeststhe battery test- ing method combining mobile phones and chargers together. Finally, it points out that the traditional thinking for battery safety management and control- should be changed.
