人口出行分布数据是反映出行需求的重要参数,是交通规划、城市建设和城市管理的科学依据。文章基于北京移动信令处理平台提出并实现了一种利用手机信令数据来分析人口出行分布的方法。介绍了手机定位的基本原理和对信令数据的处理流程,并对其中人口出行分析的统计方法作了详细的介绍。

Population trip distribution data is an important parameter which reflects travelling de- mand, is also a scientific basis of transportation plan, urban construction and management. The paper which based on signaling processing platform of Beijing Mobile proposed and implemented a method that using mobile signaling data to analyze popula- tion trip distribution. Firstly, the paper introduces the basic principles of mobile phone positioning. Then it introduces the processing flow of the signal- ing data, and highlights the statistical method of pop- ulation trip distribution. This method comparing with the traditional manual method of survey has the ad- vantages of small investment, simplicity of use and short deployment time.
