摘要
梳理了终端补贴与3G、LTE发展的关系,分析了终端补贴对运营商绩效的影响,总结了国际运营商面向LTE的终端补贴趋势,并从市场地位和发展定位两个维度建立了运营商终端补贴策略选择模型,对国内运营商终端补贴策略提出了相关建议。
This article discusses about the relation- ship between mobile phone subsidy and the penetra- tion of 3G and LTE. It analyzes the impact of termi- nal subsidy on mobile operators's performance, as well as the terminal subsidies trend of operators" strategies toward LTE. And it also establishes a mod- el for terminal subsidy strategies from market posi- tion and development orientation, and gives some suggestions for domestic mobile operators.
