炮架载荷分析及数值仿真

摘要 炮架载荷是设计炮架的基础数据,但目前各种火炮教材中却很少提及。以火炮发射时后坐部分受力分析为基础,分析了火炮发射前、后坐过程中、复进过程中炮架所受载荷及各个过程之间载荷的变动情况。分析表明,在火炮非平射情况下,发射前,炮架载荷为零;后坐过程中,炮架载荷与后坐阻力近似相等;复进过程中,炮架载荷与复进合力相差较大;在三个阶段之间均有载荷的突变现象。最后以某典型火炮为例,用数值仿真方法获取了其发射过程中的载荷数据。 Gun carriage load is the basic data for carriage design, but it was seldom considered in gun books at present. Based on the force anlysis of recoil parts in firing, the carriage loads before firing, during recoiling period, during returning period, and the load change between the three processes were studied. The study indicates: when the gun was fired with nonzero departure angle, carriage load does not exist before firing, the load is approximately equal to the recoiling resistance during the recoiling perocess, the load is not same to the returning resultant force distinctly during the returning process, and the load changes sharply between the three periods. As an example, the carriage load of certain gun in firing was obtained using numerical simulation method in the end.
