摘要
以CRH2型动力车转向架构架为研究对象,将构架分为设计部分(侧梁)和非设计部分(横梁及其附件),在Hypermesh中分别以壳单元和实体单元对构架进行离散化处理。以侧梁的各个焊板的厚度为设计变量,以的总体积为目标函数,以最大的von Mises应力为约束条件,运用Optistruct软件对进行优化设计,实现了减重8%优化结果。
Based on CRH2 type vehicle bogie frame as the research object, the paper divided the frame into design part (side beam) and the non-design part (translate beam and its attachments), and discrete them with shell elements and solid elements in The HyperMesh.
