摘要
由于阻性消声器在中高频范围内有较好的消声效果,而单一的抗性消声器适用于消除中低频噪声,单一的阻性消声器用于消除中高频噪声,所以对于宽频域的噪声源,应采取阻抗复合消声器。针对在枪械实验中为了降低枪口处的噪声而设计了一种阻抗复合消音装置。首先进行消音器的原理设计,然后根据消音原理对消音器进行结构设计,最后根据阻抗消声原理及相关的工程经验公式,对设计的阻抗消声装置进行了理论计算,结果证实这种消声装置能够达到所要求的消声量,从而验证了这种装置结构的合理性。
Resistance muffler is applicable to eliminate the low-frequency noise, and impedance muffler is used to eliminate the high-frequency noise. For wide frequency noise source, Impedance composite muffler is the better choice. The Impedance composite muffler in this paper is used in the guns test. The muffler is used to reduce the noise at gunpoint. Firstly design the principle of muffler, then design the structure of the muffler. Through the impedance muffling principle and relevant engineering experience formulas, this device was calculated theoretically. The results confirm the silencer can achieve the required noise elimination and verify the rationality of the device structure.
