摘要
本文运用模拟计算程序和试验装置,对装用缓冲型出油阀的柴油机燃油喷射系统进行了计算分析和试验研究,探讨了缓冲型出油阀能防止燃油系统产生二次喷射和穴蚀的机理;同时对低碳少铝23Cr3MoA1氮化钢在大功率柴油机出油阀上的应用进行了研究. 采用低碳少铝23Cr3MoA1新氮化钢的缓冲型出油阀后,收到了防止出油阀裂损、减轻二次喷射效果,初步解决了喷油嘴的穴蚀,提高了燃油系统的性能和可靠性.
Simulation calculation and experiment have been carried out to investigate the diesel fuel injection system with dashpot delivery valves, mainly making an approach to the valves' mechnism for prevention of air cavitation and secondary fuel injection; Also. discussion has been made on the application of low carbon less aluminum 23Cr3MoA1 nitriding steel in the dashpot delivery valve used for high-power diesel engines. Application of the buffer-type delivery valve built with low carbon less aluminum 23Cr3MoA1 nitriding steel has proved to ho effective in delivery valve cracking and alleviating secondary fuel injection, and has provided a preliminary solution to nozzle cavitation erosion, thus improving the performance and reliability of the fuel injection system.
