Treatment strategy of the complication caused by fillers in rhinoplasty

目的:探讨注射隆鼻术后并发症的最佳处理方案。方法:对近两年来21例注射隆鼻术后并发症的病例进行回顾性分析,总结得到并发症的最佳处理流程与方法。结果:所有并发症都处理得当,患者相当满意。结论:注射隆鼻术后并发症一旦发生,及时合理使用抗生素,清创减张,负压引流,改善微循环,缺损创面采用皮肤再生治疗,合理结合手术修复,后期配合瘢痕激光治疗能最大程度挽救皮肤的毁损状况。

ive： Objective To explore the best treatment options of complications after filler injections for augmentation rhinoplasty. Methods 21 cases of postoperative complications caused by filler injections for augmentation rhinoplasty were retrospectively analyzed and the strategy of treatment was formed. Results All complications are handled properly,the patients were quite satisfactory. Conclusion Timely and reasonable use of antibiotics,debridement,drainage and tension reduction, microcirculation improvement,skin regeneration treatment,proper surgical repair,laser scar treatment are helpful for the treatment of fillers augmentation rhinoplasty.
