摘要
目的:探讨不同后处理软件包得到MR脑灌注图像灌注参数在临床的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析复旦大学附属华山医院自2012年行MR脑灌注患者45例。将各个患者的原始图像数据资料送至三种不同后处理软件包,定量对比分析得到感兴趣区各个灌注参数绝对值及相对值的差异性。结果:同源数据经三种不同后处理软件包所测得的灌注参数的绝对值,有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05);灌注参数的相对值,配对t检验无统计学差异(P>0.05),Pearson线性相关分析显示相关良好(r>0.95),以及Bland-Altman-致性检验提示所得结果有较好的一致性,可以被临床接受。结论:三种后处理软件包得到的各个灌注参数的绝对值有很大的差异,但对比感兴趣区各个灌注参数的相对值差异没有显著性差异,而且有良好的一致性。
Purpose: To explore the application of MR brain perfusion maps generated by different commercial softwares. Methods: Forty-five patients underwent MR brain perfusion. The MR perfusion imaging data were postprocessed by using three different commercial software packages. And the values of each parameter were compared with each other. The results of rCBF, rCBV, rMTT, rTTP from different softwares were also compared by using t-test, pearson correlation,interclass correlation coefficient and Bland-Altman analysis. Results: The difference between every absolute parameter values obtained respectively from perfusion software packages were with statistical significance. As for the relative parameter values, no significant differences were found using paired t-test among them (P〉0.05). The Pearson correlation analysis indicated they all significantly correlated with each other (r〉0.95). And a strong correlation was also found by the Bland-Airman analysis. Conclusion: Absolute parameter values obtained from different softwares were significant different. The evaluation of relative parameter values can eliminate the difference of results caused by different post-processing algorithm, and can be used preferably in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
