摘要 目的探讨使用软阅读技术诊断致密型乳腺小乳癌的效能。方法采用系统回顾方法,收集术前摄有双侧乳腺标准位影像的病例318例,对每例影像分别进行硬拷贝阅读和软阅读,统计出两种阅读模式下所能诊断为小乳癌或疑似小乳癌的病例数。结果在318例患者的图像中,硬拷贝诊断发现4例疑似小乳癌,敏感度为1.26%,软阅读诊断发现33例小乳癌或疑似小乳癌患者提示复查随访,敏感度为10.4%。结论软阅读较硬拷贝阅读对致密腺体小乳腺癌的诊断敏感性有显著提高。 Objective To investigate the utility of soft copy reading in diagnosis of dense breast cancer with mammography. Methods With systematic review methods, 318 standard mammography digital images had been chosen. All cases were proved to be single dense breast cancer. Hard-copy reading and soft reading were carried out respectively for all ca ses. The number of cases, which can be distinguished or suspected small breast cancer, were recorded. Results 4 small breast cancers were distinguished by hard copy reading and 33 by soft copy reading. The sensitivities were 1.26% and 10.4%, respectively. Conclusion Soft copy reading has higher sensitivity than hard copy reading in detection of dense small breast cancer.
