摘要
蚊类种类繁多、形态多样,与人类关系密切,可传播多种疾病。由于媒介蚊类的医学重要性,对其准确鉴定是一项重要和有难度的工作。本文在与蚊类形态鉴定方法对比的基础上,尝试从分子生物学方法上,对DNA条形码技术的概念、在蚊类鉴定上的应用以及发展趋势进行综述,以期对蚊传疾病的预防和控制、检验检疫有所帮助。
With wide range of species and varied shapes, mosquito closely associated with human beings by spreading numerous kinds of disease. For medical importance of mosquito, accurate identification of mosquito is a significant and difficult work. Compared with morphological identification method for mosquito, we explore to summarize definition of DNA barcod- ing, application of DNA barcoding in mosquito identification, and development tendency of DNA barcoding as to help to prevent and control the mosquito-borne disease.
