毒死蜱·高效氯氰菊酯微球高效液相色谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 以乙腈—水(体积比70∶30)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,使用Amethyst C18-H色谱柱、紫外波长检测器,在230 nm条件下对毒死蜱·高效氯氰菊酯微球进行分离和检测.结果表明:当检测质量浓度为0.01-1.00 g·L-1时,毒死蜱和高效氯氰菊酯的线性相关系数为0.9998和0.9984,标准偏差分别为0.0042和0.0253,变异系数分别为0.3433%和0.1137%,平均回收率为98.67%和98.77%.该方法操作简单、快速、准确,适于毒死蜱·高效氯氰菊酯微球样品的定性和定量分析. The sample of chlopyrifes plus beta-cypermethrin micrespheres was separated and analyzed quantitatively on Amethyst Cls-H column under the conditions of acetonitrile and water (v/v =70:30) as mobile phase, flow rate 1.0 mL·min^-1 and ultraviolet detector wavelength at 230 nm. The results demonstrated that the linearity correlation coefficients of chlopyrifos and beta-cypermethrin were 0.9998 and 0.9984 respectively in the range of 0.01 - 1.00 g·L^-1, the standard deviations were 0.0042 and 0.0253, the variation coefficients were 0.3433% and 0.1137%, the average recoveries were 98.67% and 98.77% respectively. The method was simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of cldopyrifos plus beta-cypennsthrin microspheres sample.
