冠状动脉造影及介入治疗患者的辐射剂量调查 被引量:3

摘要 目前心脏冠状动脉造影及介入治疗的辐射剂量问题越来越引起关注。剂量面积乘积(DAP)作为透视检查的剂量监测量可用来评估有效剂量。当前新的X射线成像系统都装配有DAP测量仪,可以实现患者剂量的实时监测。我国近10年来接受心脏介入治疗的患者数量迅速上升,同时复杂病变的处理也越来越多,但是对患者的辐射剂量及引起的相关健康风险关注不够,当前我国并没有针对具体的介入放射实践项目的放射防护规定,
