线粒体在电离辐射旁效应中的变化和作用 被引量:1

摘要 自从1992年Nagasawa和Little发现辐射旁效应现象至今,旁效应作为一种非靶效应,已成为放射生物学及辐射防护领域的研究热点。旁效应是指未受照射细胞可以产生与直接受照细胞相似的生物学效应,包括姊妹染色体互换、微核形成、细胞转化、细胞凋亡、细胞死亡、基因突变、基因组不稳定性等,但对于旁效应的具体分子机制还有很多未知数嵋。线粒体是细胞能量代谢的重要场所,在细胞凋亡、
