海上油田筛管完井水平井分段控水技术研究与先导试验 被引量:16

摘要 针对海上油田水平井筛管完井控水稳油措施难以实施的问题,评价了环空化学封隔器(ACP)材料在海上油田的技术适应性,设计了注入验封一体化工艺管柱,形成了海上油田筛管完井水平井分段控水技术。该技术在海上油田进行了先导试验,实现了管外精确分段与管内分采控水,降水增油效果显著,为海上油田筛管完井水平井控水稳油技术的发展提供了一条新思路。 For the problem that oil stabilization and water control measures was difficult to implement in screen completed horizontal wells in offshore oil field, the applicability of annular chemical packer material (ACP) in offshore oilfield was evaluated, the injection and seal testing integrated string was designed, and the separated layer water control tech nique for screen completed horizontal wells was formed. The pilot test of the technique was conduc ted in offshore oilfield, precise segmentation outside tube and selective mining and water control inside tube were achieved, water cut decreased and oil in creased significantly, a new idea was provided for oil stabilization and water control technique in screen completed horizontal wells in offshore oilfield.
