摘要
基于油气田投资估算及经济评价软件QUESTOR 9.6,对影响张力腿平台(TLP)下部船体、张力腿、基座质量及造价的主要因素(包括上部模块操作质量、水深、潮汐落差、风速、浪高、土壤条件等)进行了量化分析,总结出了各种影响因素对TLP平台下部造价的影响大小及参考估算方法,为我国海上深水TLP平台的设计和建造方案比选提供了指导和帮助。
QUESTOR 9.6, an investment estima tion and economic evaluation software for oil and gas field, has been used to analyze quantitatively and summarized the main factors which might af fect the mass and costs of the bottom hull, tension leg and foundation of the tension leg platform (TLP). These factors include topsides operating weight, water depth, tide, wind speed, wave height and soil conditions. The results indicate how various factors contribute to the construction cost of TLP, and provide a guideline for cost esti mation method. Moreover, these results could serve as reference and guidance when comparing different designs and construction alternatives of an offshore deepwater TLP project.
