中医治疗配合康复训练对半月板损伤术后重竞技运动员膝关节功能恢复的影响 被引量:27

摘要 目的:探讨系统的中医治疗结合康复训练对半月板损伤术后重竞技运动员膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法:将95例半月板损伤术后重竞技运动员随机分成治疗组48例和对照组47例,术后两组均常规给予抗感染及护理,治疗组术后分4期进行中医治疗结合康复训练。两组均于术前、术后14天(1期)、21天(2期)、35天(3期)、60天(4期)进行膝关节活动度及Lysholm评分。结果:术前膝关节活动度和Lysholm评分两组均无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。术后2。4期,治疗组Lysholm评分及膝关节活动度显著优于对照组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:中医治疗配合康复训练对半月板损伤术后膝关节功能恢复效果明显。 Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation training and Chinese traditional medicine on the knee function after surgical treatment of meniscus injury in athletes. Methods 95 athletes after surgical treatment of meniscus injury were randomly divided into treatment group(T,n=48) and the control group (C,n=47). Athletes in group T underwent Chinese traditional medicine treatment (including oral administration of herbal decoctions,herbal fumigating, and acupuncture ) and rehabilitation training after surgery. Joint range of motion (ROM)and Lysholm scores of the all athletes were checked before and 14th day,21st days,35th days and 60th days after the surgery. Results There were no differences in ROM and Lysholm scores before surgery and at the beginning of treatment between the two groups. ROM and significantly better in group T than training combined with the Chinese Lysholm scores improved with the progressing of treatment and in group C (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Rehabilitation traditional medicine treatment after meniscus iniurv surgery reveals better knee function than the regular treatment.
