摘要
目的:为了探讨真实运动情境中正念-接受-承诺训练方式(MAC)缓解武术运动员Choking的有效性。方法:以目的性抽样的方式选取有频繁Choking经历的GD省武术队国家一级以上运动员4名,2男2女。采用A-B跨基线多被试设计,进行每周1次、每次1小时左右、共6周,包含6次课程的MAC。结果:所有被试的特质焦虑和自我意识分数均显著降低,在干预后的全国锦标赛中都未发生Choking。结论:MAC通过降低特质性焦虑、自我意识,能够有效缓解干扰理论和自我关注理论背景及自我效能低导致的Choking。
Objective To investigate the effect of MAC training on the Choking of athletes. Methods Authors selected four martial art athletes (2 females and 2 males)ranking above national level 1 ,who frequently choked under pressure, and applied 6-course MAC training to them, 1 hours each time, once a week for 6 weeks,using crosses baseline A-B design. Results The scores of anxiety and self consciousness of all participants reduced significantly and their Chocking disappeared at the National Championships after our intervention. Conclusions MAC training works well in alleviating the self-efficacy-induced Chocking of athletes through distractions (interference theory)and self consciousness (self consciousness theory).
