晚期肺鳞癌治疗进展 被引量：8

摘要 肺癌是世界病死率最高的肿瘤。20世纪初，肺鳞癌的发病率位居肺癌所有病理类型的首位。从20世纪70年代开始，肺腺癌发病率迅速增加，目前已超过肺鳞癌，成为最常见的病理类型。因肺癌的早期症状不明显，大部分患者在确诊时已为晚期，失去手术机会。
