摘要
针对复合材料泡沫芯夹层一体化天线结构开展试验研究,对比含天线和不含天线两种结构面内、面外力学性能,试验结果表明:含天线结构强度小于不含天线结构强度。在试验研究的基础上,通过引入针对复合材料层合板的Tsai-Wu张量判据和针对泡沫芯材料的三参数广义强度准则,对含天线和不含天线泡沫芯夹层结构的渐进损伤过程进行数值模拟,并预测了材料的面内压缩强度和面外拉伸强度。数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好,证明了模型的合理有效性。同时,研究了层板厚度、层板铺层角和泡沫芯厚度等因素对材料强度的影响规律,为复合材料一体化天线结构的优化设计提供了必要的参考。
The in-plane compressive test and the out-of-plane tensile test of foam-core sandwich structure with and without antennas have been carried out. The results indicate that the strength of the structure with antennas is smaller than that without antennas. Starting with analysis of experiment and using finite element method, Tsai-Wu failure criterion was chosen to simulate the damage behavior of the composite laminates. Besides, the three-parameter generalized failure criterion was adopted to simulate the progressive damage behavior of the foam-core sandwich structure. The compressive strength and the tensile strength were predicted from the calculated stress-strain curves. The numerical results show good agreement with available experiment data, thus verifies the applicability of the proposed finite element models. Furthermore, the effects of structural parameters, including the thickness of composite laminates, the ply angle of composite laminates, and the thickness of foam-core, ere, on the strength were discussed. The results provide the necessary reference for the optimal design of integrated antenna structure.
