摘要
将胶清通过中空纤维柱浓缩后,分别用碱性蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶进行脱蛋白处理,以得到非橡胶组分少的高级胶清橡胶,并研究其各项性能。结果表明,浓缩胶清经过碱性蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶处理后胶清橡胶的氮含量和挥发物含量显著降低;胶清橡胶的硫化速率变慢,改善了胶清橡胶易焦烧的性能;胶清橡胶的力学性能提高,热稳定性降低。
After being concentrated in hollow fiber columns, skim latex further reacted with alkaline protease and papain, respectively. As the final products of the above reactions, high-grade skim rubbers containing little non-rubber components were obtained. Some properties of these high-grade skim rubbers were characterized and investigated. It was found that the concentration and deproteinization by alkaline protease or papain significantly lowered the contents of nitrogen and other volatile phases; and slowed the vulcanization rate of the skim rubbers. As consequences, the mechanical property was improved and the thermal stability was decreased.
