剪切力对血栓形成作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着人民生活水平的提高,心脑血管动脉血栓性疾病致残率和死亡率逐年升高,居各类疾病死亡率的前两位,血小板在心血管疾病中起着重要的作用[1].血小板可黏附聚集到受损的血管,这一过程因剪切力的存在变得异常复杂.剪切力使血小板在黏附聚集时受到血液动力学作用,同时血小板也进化产生了具有特殊功能的黏附受体,从而能在剪切力的环境下黏附到血管壁上.近几年因为体外微流控高剪切力模拟仪的开发和高分辨力实时成像技术的发展,人们对剪切力下血栓的形成有了新的认识.本综述拟结合近几年的最新研究进展,从剪切力和剪切率的定义、剪切力对血栓形成的双重作用、剪切力下血栓形成的过程、急性冠状动脉综合征等病理状态下剪切力对血栓形成的影响及病理性高剪切力下抗血栓药物的选择等几个方面对剪切力与血栓形成之间的关系做一阐述.
