On the Cost Control Strategy in the Implementation Stage of Decoration Project

装饰工程实施阶段的造价控制是装饰工程最有效,也是最关键的工程造价控制阶段,只有做好了工程实施阶段的造价控制工作,才能够在工程造价领域获取成绩。本文首先对装饰工程设计阶段的造价控制进行了简要分析,之后着重阐述装饰工程施工阶段工程造价影响的因素,最后做出装饰工程结算阶段的造价控制分析,希望能够对装饰工程实施阶段造价控制起到一定的帮助。

The cost control in implementation stage of decoration project is the most effective, and the implementation stage is the most critical stage of cost control, and only effective cost control in implementation phase can get achievements in the field of project cost. This article firstly analyzes the cost control in design stage, and then focuses on the factors impacting the cost in construction phase, and finally analyzes the cost control in settlement stage of decoration works, hoping to help the cost control in decoration project implementation stage.
