深井高地应力下井筒注浆加固技术研究与实践

摘要 针对高地应力、软岩特征显著条件,结合平煤一矿北二进风井-517井底井壁的破坏情况,分析井壁破坏原因及探讨破坏机理。通过优化设计确定了副井井壁的加固原则与施工方法,达到了预期效果。使井筒寿命得到大幅度提升,为我矿高产高效矿井建设创造了有利条件。 Based on the prominent condition of high crustal stress and soft rock characteristics, and combined with the damage condition of the bottom and wall of the shaft of Pingdingshan No.1 Coal Mine North No.2 Downcast-517, the wall damage causes are analyzed and the damage mechanism is discussed. Reinforcement principle and construction method for the auxiliary shaft wall are decided through optimization design. The desired effect is achieved. The service life of the shaft is extended greatly, which creates favorable conditions for the productive and efficient mine construction of Pingdingshan Coal Mine.
