浅谈中学体育课的快乐教学

摘要 中学体育课的教学方法有很多种,通过对学生的调查,快乐教学法是最能够提高中学体育课教学质量和效率的好方法。所谓体育教学就是以提高学生综合身体素质为目的的调动学生主动学习的过程。通过多年的教学实践证明,提高中学生体育课效率最行之有效的途径就是打破传统的体育教学而实行快乐教学。体育教学为了达到增强体质、增进健康的目的,就应当培养学生的兴趣,兴趣不仅是学生在学习过程中的重要心理因素,更是激发学生积极性以及上好体育课的关键。 There are many kinds of teaching methods of middle school physical education. Through the survey of the students, happy teaching method is the way that can improve middle school physical education teaching quality and efficiency. The so-called physical education teaching is the process that improves students comprehensive physical quality and arouses the enthusiasm of students. Through many years of teaching practice, it has proved that the most effective way to improve the efficiency of middle school students physical education is to break the traditional sports teaching and practice happy teaching. For achieving the goal of enhancing physique and improving health, we should cuhivate the students interest, as interest is not only an important psychological factor for students in the learning process, but also is the key to stimulate students enthusiasm and access good physical education.
