摘要 [目的]研究亚硝酸盐对文昌鱼的急性毒性效应。[方法]通过急性毒性试验,研究亚硝酸盐对茂名海域文昌鱼的急性毒性。[结果]在水温(25±1)℃条件下文昌鱼在含亚硝酸盐的水体中96h LC50为262 mg/L。文昌鱼在含亚硝酸盐水体中的安全浓度为26.2mg/L。当亚硝酸盐浓度达210.52 mg/L时,第28天开始有文昌鱼出砂。当亚硝酸盐浓度达215.36 mg/L时,96 h开始有文昌鱼死亡。[结论]文昌鱼出砂率在相同时段随着亚硝酸盐浓度的增加而升高,相同亚硝酸盐浓度条件下文昌鱼出砂率随着时间的延长而增加。相同时段文昌鱼存活率随着水体中亚硝酸盐浓度的增加而降低,相同亚硝酸盐浓度条件下文昌鱼存活率随着时间的延长而降低。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to study the acute toxicity effects of nitrite on Branchiostoma belcheri. [ Method] The acute toxicity of nitrite on B. belcheri in Maoming coastal area was studied by acute toxicity test. [Result] 96 h LCs0 of B. belcheri in water body with nitrite at water temperature of (25 ± 1 ) ℃. The safe concentration of B. belcheri in water body with nitrite was 26.2 mg/L. When nitrite concentration reached 210.52 mg/L,B, belcheri started to go out from sand on the 28th day. When nitrite concentration reached 215.36 mg/L,B, belcheri be- gan to die after 96 h. [ Conclusion] The rate of B. belcheri to go out from sand increased with the rise of nitrite concentration during the same pe- rlod and increased with the time under the same nitrite concentration conditions. The survival rate of B. belcheri decreased with rise of nitrite concentration during the same period and decreased with the time under the same nitrite concentration conditions.
