摘要
阐述了餐厨废弃物的相关概念并分析了其监管现状,在此基础上研究了政府加强餐厨废弃物再资源化监管的必要性和可行性。最后提出了相应的对策:政府监管的定位应立足于协调市场准入秩序,理顺监管、规范检测手段,同时应明确政府不同职能部门的分工、政府干预的范围、管理的成本以及收益等。
The concept and status of food kitchen waste were elaborated, on the basis of this, the necessity and feasibility of government strengthening recycling monitoring for food kitchen waste were studied. Finally, corresponding counternleasures were put forward : the positioning of government regulation should be based on market access order coordination, streamline supervision, standardize testing methods, and different government departments should be clear division of labor, the scope of government intervention, management costs as well as benefits and so on.
